Selling a property.

Before selling a property, a Section 32 Vendors Statement must be prepared. The Section 32 Statement is a pre-contractual disclosure document which provides the purchasers with vital information as to the particulars of the property such as rates, zoning, services available and building works. This statement is in written form signed by the vendor and the purchaser and is necessary to create a legally binding contract.

Walsh Conveyancing will also arrange for early release of your deposit (where possible) to facilitate the purchase of another property. We will ensure that you get all the information you need as early as possible in the transaction so that this process can be achieved in an efficient manner.

During our recent property sales experience, Chris and her staff were outstanding in getting the job done quickly, professionally and with the minimum of fuss for us. Chris put in many hours to overcome some obstacles presented to us and did so with good grace, great patience and humour. We couldn't recommend Walsh Conveyancing, and Chris herself highly enough. Brilliant! Paul Stock
